These include doctor visits, mental health care, help with substance use, and vaccines or check-ups. We come to you–at a clinic, school, in your community, or on the streets. Eliminating transportation and accessibility issues by bringing healthcare directly to communities in need. Experienced care managers will work with your community to help you and your community achieve longterm health and wellness.

Our services are provided at no cost to the patient or caregiver.

WEA is paid through agreements with local municipalities and government-based contracts and reimbursements through managed care plans (insurance coverage).

Yes. It is possible to schedule regular visits. Ask about how with one of your care providers.

No. Although you can schedule appointments online here, patients are also encouraged to call or text the number provided for their respective location.
